[HTTPS-Everywhere] https for java.com is not working

When you go to https://www.java.com/de/ and click "Kostenloser
Java-Download" you get a "This webpage is not available" error message
by Chrome.

I'm not sure, if this is a problem with https everywhere or if their
servers are not holding right now.

With http there is no problem.
