[HTTPS-Everywhere] https:// does not appear on all secure sites

This is the expected behavior (even without HTTPS Everywhere installed).
The full URL is only shown for https sites.

If you go to about:config and set browser.urlbar.trimURLs to true, you can
get the "http" back.
