[HTTPS-Everywhere] https:// does not appear on all secure sites

Hi, I'm running Firefox 19.0.2 on Ubuntu 12.10. I have HTTPS Everywhere
enabled.

I checked the FAQ. I'm not sure what to expect, but I notice that when I
paste in some http:// links on pages that have secure components, the
http:// diappears and I'm left with just the domain, for example:

ask.me.com

Should this be submitted as a bug? Again, I don't know what to expect or
how to verify that https is truly enabled for that particular site.
