[HTTPS-Everywhere] mapquest.com issue

Hello,

Just wanted to report that for me, the rule for MapQuest in HTTPS
Everywhere does not work... or, rather, that mapquest.com seems to
have some issues with their SSL deployment.  For months I only get
connection timeouts when trying to connect to mapquest.com via SSL.
Works fine without.

I reported it to MapQuest, but of course, that's likely lost in the
pile of inquiries they probably never respond to (or look at/take
seriously?).  Maybe if the mapquest.com rule in HTTPS Everywhere was
taken out, it would pique their attention.

In any case, again, HTTPS Everywhere breaks my ability to use
mapquest.com.  If there is somewhere else I should post this issue or
you want more browser/system info (tested on a couple different
Windows systems, with IE, FF, and Opera), please let me know.
