[HTTPS-Everywhere] [PATCH] Remove mail.cs.byu.edu from ruleset.

The site http://mail.cs.byu.edu now redirects to a different domain
(Google Apps), and redirecting to https://mail.cs.byu.edu results in an
invalid certificate. The attached patch removes mail.cs.byu.edu from the
BYU.xml ruleset.
