[HTTPS-Everywhere] Special characters not supported in domain names

It doesnt work, the redirection from paivyri.fi to HTTPS works correctly
but https://www.päivyri.fi nor http://www.päivyri.fi dont work.

I've attached the ruleset for you to see.
