[HTTPS-Everywhere] Blekko search engine rewriting search results to point to HTTPS URLs

Of possible interest, it appears that the Blekko search engine
automatically rewrites some of its search results (including a
number of sites which have HTTPS Everywhere rulesets) to point
to HTTPS versions of the URLs. Search engines that do this
might be able to help users who do not or can not use the
HTTPS Everywhere extension.
