[HTTPS-Everywhere] NY Times rule fails

I followed a link to this page today:

https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2010/02/01/us/budget.html?hp

and the graphic wouldn't load. I disabled AdBlock Plus and NoScript, and 
it still wouldn't load.  Disable the "NYTimes (Partial)" rule in 
HTTPS-Everywhere, though, and the graphic loads immediately, even when 
using the secure URL for the page itself.

I'm using HTTPS-Everywhere 3.0dev.3 in Firefox 14 beta 6 on Win 7 Pro x64.
