[HTTPS-Everywhere] git oddity

Please pull a fix for duplicate (different case) file
names<https://github.com/jayschwa/https-everywhere/commit/c8ce8d1cb8dbaf6f756eee87433f772e301cecac>
 from my fork <https://github.com/jayschwa/https-everywhere>. There were
two files called "MetaPress.xml" and "Metapress.xml". This wreaks havoc
when cloning to a case-insensitive environment such as Windows or Mac.
