[HTTPS-Everywhere] Having problems on ted.com with Chrome

Although I click "load anyway" the videos won't show up. In the "frame"
where the video should show up, Chrome sticks with "Optimizing video
quality".

If you can see the videos the problem perhaps won't be with https
everywhere?!
