[HTTPS-Everywhere] New pref dialog broke Firefox 12 nightly

STR::

1. get firefox nightly
2. git clone git://git.torproject.org/https-everywhere.git
3. make xpi
4. install & restart firefox
5. load about:adons
6. click Options on HTTPS-Everywhere addon
7. close dialog

AR::
option dialog closed, firefox broke, unable to open new tab, close tab or
even close firefox.
