Why is this urgent?  In fact, what is the problem at all?

We aren't planning to change the Google rule from encrypted.google.com to
www.google.com in any case:

https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere/faq#google

And version 1.2.2 already maps http://commons.wikimedia.org to
https://commons.wikimedia.org.
