[HTTPS-Everywhere] HTTPS-Everywhere not compatible with Firefox 5 Beta

Another solution is to build xpi from sources (new rules come as a bonus).
Current master seems to be broken on windows (git pull complains about file
access, I strongly suspect encoding problem), however older versions used to
build without problems.
