Hi! I've been working on adding some new UI to HTTPS Everywhere. An
upcoming version will include a context menu so you can quickly
enable/disable rules for the current page you're on (similar to NoScript).

The question is, where should this context menu button get added by
default? Users will of course be able to move it around and customize
their browser however they like.

The options are:
- Left side of the add-ons bar: http://i.imgur.com/72VGL.jpg
- Right side of the add-ons bar (like NoScript):

- Left side of the nav bar (like TorButton): http://i.imgur.com/Ku3Je.jpg
- Right side of the nav bar (like Adblock Plus):

What do you think is a good default? Vote here!
