[HTTPS-Everywhere] Toolbar Button

1.0.0development.1 of the add-on does not allow me to remove the HTTPS Everywhere toolbar icon. Removing the icon has no effect, as it reappears after a Firefox restart. If this behavior is purposeful, it is utterly misguided and I urge the developers to reconsider. If this is a bug, I hope it will be taken care of shortly. Thanks again for your efforts, it is appreciated. -James
