[HTTPS-Everywhere] Missing Git tag for 0.9.7

Hi,

as far as I can see, the Git repository contains no 0.9.7 tag,
while a XPI can be downloaded from the HTTPS-Everywhere website for
this version.

Rationale: I need such a OpenPGP-signed tag to generate a XPI for
Tails [0], since I've found no other way to get a XPI authenticated
with strong cryptography + Web-of-Trust; maybe I've missed the
detached signature file?
