[HTTPS-Everywhere] Certificate error with the FAAN College Network site

Hello,

Perspectives plugin indicates that incorrect certificate have been
used for almost 20 days, so it seems that the site itself isn't
properly configured. The main problem is not the certificate -- the
site simply doesn't work. https://www.faancollegenetwork.org/ produces
just an error message.
