[HTTPS-Everywhere] Tor Bundles are in the way!

There has been so many important changes to the HTTPSEverywhere in the
last weeks and since Tor Bundles are in the way[0] I really think
that's another important reason to release a new version as soon as
possible (and enabling YouTube) so much more people can enjoy improved
privacy.
