[HTTPS-Everywhere] FYI - Google News search no longer HTTPS

The add-on actually rewrites the search request to HTTPS, but only after
you dismiss that warning from Firefox. This is a known problem in HTTPS
Everywhere: ideally, that warning should only be shown if the
destination cannot be rewritten to HTTPS.
