[HTTPS-Everywhere] Support for Firefox beta

Hi Rakkhi,

The nighly builds are supported by the current development releases of HTTPS
Everywhere:

https://www.eff.org/file/https-everywhere-devel.xpi

Support will be coming in the stable branch quite soon, too.
