We actually have a previous submission of a Swedish translation and
I made a Brazilian Portuguese one based on that, but the existing
translations only cover three (?!) entities apiece, which seems a
little trivial. But I'll go check them in and maybe people can
start investigation how to convert more of the strings to entities
and get translation coverage. :-)

The contributed Swedish translation puts translation files at the
src/chrome/locale path, which I assume is right but which I haven't
tested. If that's right, people who want to contribute translation
work should put it in that same path parallel to the other dtd files.
I could test the Portuguese version today.
