[HTTPS-Everywhere] Facebook Chat in Meebo and Settings

As far as I can tell, Facebook chat in Meebo doesn't work unless the
follow rule is removed:
<rule from="^http://badge\.facebook\.com/badge/"
to="https://www.facebook.com/badge/"/>

Also from a page like: http://www.facebook.com/editaccount.php?notifications
Links to other pages don't work. For example, clicking on the Facebook logo.
