[HTTPS-Everywhere] my.verizon.net bug

Ugh. Old bug, but it looks like ~pde only fixed Chrome with 
5973ac2f68e40869eca22d88944ee87223039c10. I would fix it in Firefox, but 
I have no clue how. :D
