[HTTPS-Everywhere] Sites that already enforce HTTPS

What is Tue opinion of the HTTPS Everywhere community on the need for
rulesets for sites that already enforce https on the website's end (ex:
crypto.is)?

A rule for these sites almost doesn't seem with the space (yes I know space
is cheap).
