[HTTPS-Everywhere] earth.google.com not working properly

I can reproduce this.

http://earth.google.com redirects to
http://www.google.com/earth/index.html

my machine, the "big blue button" link  is
http://www.google.com/intl/th/earth/download/ge/agree.html

the style sheet use on that page link to
http://www.google.com/earth/css/main.css which redirect to
https://encrypted.google.com/
