[HTTPS-Everywhere] HTTPS Everywhere Firefox 4.0.1 compatibility

Hi folks at EFF,

HTTPS Everywhere is a fantastic extension, and several of us at Mozilla use
it.
We just released Firefox 4.0.1. as a security update to Firefox 4.
HTTPS Everywhere has a maxVersion of 4.0 in its manifest file, so it was
disabled when I upgraded Firefox.
I don't see any actual incompatibilities in the code with the security
update.
Please update the maxVersion to 4.0.*, so that it will not be disabled with
future minor updates.
