[HTTPS-Everywhere] Relevant feature request for Chrome extension

Hey folks,

Your HTTPS Everywhere extension is a great idea.  I find myself
wishing I had it for Chrome.  I dug around and found the relevant
pending feature request that would allow Chrome Extensions to
implement this:
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=50943.  Thought you
might be interested in adding it to your FAQ in the section on
extensions for non-Firefox browsers.
