[HTTPS-Everywhere] new rules: LiveJournal and Dreamwidth

hello folks!
here's a first draft of some HTTPS Everywhere rules for LiveJournal (www.livejournal.com) and its fork Dreamwidth (dreamwidth.org).

as far as i can tell, neither of these sites offer site-wide HTTPS access, unless i'm just missing something; they offer HTTPS access only to the login pages, which i guess is better than nothing. are these rules still appropriate for inclusion?
