[HTTPS-Everywhere] Suggestion: All sites HTTPS check

I have a suggestion:
It would be nice if your plugin checked (or prefetch checked) if there
were an SSL site available on all websites the user were to go to and
use it over the plaintext.

In addition, in the addons preferences, the list of websites should
not be a checklist, but rather display in a text-listing approach.
