[HTTPS-Everywhere] HTTPS-Everywhere doesn't work in Firefox 4.0b6

I just installed Firefox 4.0b6 on a Windows XP system.

HTTPS-Everywhere isn't working when I go to Wikipedia.  And when I
try to examine the options, I get a pop-up box with no check-boxes
and with "OK", Enable All", and "Cancel" buttons that don't work.
