I've created a few new rules available from github[0] in the
every-last-rule branch. The new rules are for:
 * DnBNOR and Skandiabanken (banks)
 * Aftenposten (newspaper) (mixed content)
 * KDE Bugtracker
 * University of Oslo
 * Openstreetmap Wiki
 * Magnatune (mixed content)
 * Komplett and MPX (e-commerce)
 * Freenet
 * giblod.no (blod donation info, signup, etc.)
 * Feide
