[HTTPS-Everywhere] Pastebins

I was interested in getting HTTPS support for pastebin sites. I
looked at
https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Comparison_of_pastebins
and was sad to see that Wikipedia claims only five pastebin sites
support HTTPS. When I tested those, the situation was worse: there
was only one site (pastebin.ca) that I found accepted HTTPS URLs that
it didn't generate itself, and the other four generate some or all
of their URLs in unencrypted form. So I wrote a rule for pastebin.ca
(now available via git), but I had hoped to have more of these to
write.
Does anyone know if any of the sites that Wikipedia says don't
support HTTPS actually do? Does anyone know any of the operators
of any of these sites?
