[HTTPS-Everywhere] Cert warnings at https://news.google.com :(

The cert for at least some of google's data centers seemed to switch today
from a *.google.com wildcard cert to a www.google.com cert issued by Thawte.

That means we need to pull news.google.com out of our Google Services rule
and be vigilant for other affected subdomains.
