[HTTPS-Everywhere] Rules for ComputerWorld and Identitytheft.org.uk and update for T-Mobile UK rule

I have attached the rules for Computerworld.com and identitytheft.org.uk.
identitytheft.org.uk is a website for creating awarness to people about
identity theft.

instantemail.t-mobile.co.uk seems to load tmobileuk.blackberry.com in an
iframe. Since tmobileuk.blackberry.com supports SSL, i wrote rules to
forward it to the ssl sites. As far i have used and tested it for sometime,
i did not encounter any issues. The website is used to manage your
Blackberry internet service.
