[HTTPS-Everywhere] Google Reader Rule

Hello,

I would like Google Reader to be included in the plugin. Without HTTPS, some
portions of reader (such as "All Items") end up being blocked on my
networks.

I have tested and attached my XML.

By the way, you guys at EFF are awesome and I appreciate all you do for us
people that like the internet to be free! Keep up the good work.
