[HTTPS-Everywhere] Ruleset

  Dear EFF,

thanks all to You for the great tool. It makes the www more savely.

But I'want use our tool to modify a URL to a printable URL like that:
http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/27C3-Kein-Datenpaket-ist-illegal-1161835.html    
     to
http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/27C3-Kein-Datenpaket-ist-illegal-1161835.html?view=print

My ruleset don't match. Please help me.
