[HTTPS-Everywhere] New Rule

Hey!

Attached is a new rule for inkbunny.net.  I'm not sure it will be widely
used, but I thought it might be a good idea anyways.

Also, the link on your Rulesets page entitled "check there" does not
point to the correct page.
