[HTTPS-Everywhere] Rule for About.me

[Nitrox]

Please check the attached about.me rule.
Edgecast cdn throws a ssl certificate error if i try to manually switch to
https since the certifice is only valid for another domain.
use.typekit.com supports ssl but not sure if i should add that to this
rules.
