[HTTPS-Everywhere] Fix for mpx.no

Quick patch to fix a bad cert error for mpx.no as the cert is only valid for
www.mpx.no:

It also looks like they started redirecting https to http for everything 
except the login page, but the rules don't break anything, so I've left them 
alone.
