[HTTPS-Everywhere] [New Rules] Bahn.de , Random.org [Update] Cisco

Hello,

 

I created and tested new rules for 

bahn.de              Deutsche Bahn

and

random.org       True Random Number Generator

 

Additionally, I changed the rule for cisco.com to add support for
redirections at cisco.com that do not support HTTPS, thus allowing CCO
log-in and cisco.com/go/xyz URLs to work.
