[HTTPS-E Rulesets] xkcd

Good morning. It appears that there is an issue with the xkcd rules in
HTTPS Everywhere v4.0.0 for Firefox. When I enable this extension in
Firefox and visit http://xkcd.com/1416/, the comic doesn't show up. It
appears to be trying to load http://imgs.xkcd.com/comics/pixels.png even
from an HTTPS page. It should be loading
https://sslimgs.xkcd.com/comics/pixels.png instead.

Not sure which rule is to blame here:

    <rule from="^http://(3d|c0|dynamic|sslimgs|uni|what-?if)\.xkcd\.com/"
        to="https://$1.xkcd.com/" />

    <rule from="^https?://imgs\.xkcd\.com/"
        to="https://sslimgs.xkcd.com/" />

Regards,

Brian 'geeknik' Carpenter
