[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Updated Apple ruleset available (redirects www.opensource to opensource)

An updated Apple ruleset wherein www.opensource is redirected to
opensource in order to avoid a cert mismatch error is available
at the git://github.com/galenide/https-everywhere.git repository.
In addition, the same repository has an updated ruleset for The
Document Foundation which includes support for the downloadarchive
subdomain.
