[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Visible Measures: cdn may be broken

To whom it may concern:

It appears that cdn.visiblemeasures.com moved to Internap at some
point (bucket = vmc.http.internapcdn.net according to CNAME). This
causes it no longer to work, and coverage of the entire domain needs
to be removed as far as I know.

I haven't yet checked the possibility that this domain rotates between
different CDN providers over time and/or region. Of course, if any one
of them is broken, then this is a real problem.

(the offending request is a Flash subrequest, something to do with
ads/tracking).
