[HTTPS-E Rulesets] please give pointers on: "uri.host is explosive!"

It used to be WARN, it was fixed in the stable branch in 3.4.3.
That line of code was once upon a time buggy, which explains the
over-excited nature of the message. So yes, it should say "Exception
in". Sometimes one forgets when debugging by printf that innoccent
people are going to see and be confused by debugging messages.
