Hey Joshua,

it's an uncommon situation, I agree, but if you have, say, more than 10
rules to submit, attaching them one by one can be a pain in the ass..

I believe at some point somebody attached 100+ rules in a single email. Can
you imagine doing that in single attachments?

I know that merge/pull requests are the best way of doing this kind of
submissions, but not everybody uses git, so it could happen!

I bet you never saw an .exe file as an attachment, though :P
