[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Updated ruleset for Give Kids the World available

An updated ruleset for Give Kids the World is available at the
git://github.com/galenide/https-everywhere.git repository. From
what it appears, there have been changes with regard to the
specific Give Kids the World domains that support HTTPS. In
particular, it appears that the gktw.org domain supports HTTPS
and that the givekidstheworld.org domain does not but has the
same content so it can be redirected by the ruleset to the
gktw.org domain. In addition, other domains should not be
redirected to the secure.gktw.org domain even though that was
done in earlier versions of the ruleset. The updated ruleset
incorporates these changes.
