[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Livefyre: CloudFront buckets don't exist anymore

To whom it may concern:

It appears that neither of the CloudFront buckets currently used by
the Livefyre ruleset exists anymore.

www.livefyre.com (now redirecting to web.livefyre.com) is hosted on an
Amazon Elastic Load Balancer (without https), and zor.livefyre.com /
zor.fyre.co / avatars.fyre.co moved to Akamai.

However, the web.livefyre.com homepage uses cdn.livefyre.com =
d83fhchenkrky.cloudfront.net
