[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Adobe: fpdownload.adobe.com is breaking Ted talks

To whom it may concern:

It appears that the Adobe ruleset needs an exclusion relevant to
fpdownload.adobe.com to avoid breaking TED videos (www.ted.com).

All videos are equally affected; the symptom is that the video player
displays a message "Error #2032" near the bottom, and no audiovisual
content ever loads.

The specific exclusion I came up with is:
<exclusion pattern="^http://fpdownload\.adobe\.com/(?:pub/swz/)?crossdomain\.xml$"
/>
(The crossdomain.xml is first fetched at its usual location in the
root of the domain; the server then redirects to the /pub/swz/ path.)

This appears to be relevant to both the 3.x and master/4.x branches.

As usual, thank you for your time and help.
C. Liu
