[HTTPS-E Rulesets] New ruleset: adisc.org

Hi everyone,

I have created a new ruleset for adisc.org (see attachment). It is a
very simple rule, as all you need to do is replace http with https.

I'd appreciate it if this was included in the next HTTPSEverywhere release.
