I've just discovered that help.droplr.com doesn't have a valid certificate
(Actually it seems to belong to another website), so I've added it as an
exclusion.

<ruleset name="DropLr">

  <target host="d.pr" />

  <target host="droplr.com" />

  <target host="*.droplr.com" />

  <exclusion pattern="^http://help\.droplr\.com/"/>

  <rule from="^http://droplr\.com/" to="https://droplr.com/"/>

  <rule from="^http://d\.pr/" to="https://d.pr/"/>

  <rule from="^http://([^/:@]*)\.droplr\.com/" to="https://$1.droplr.com/"/>

</ruleset>
